For 25+ years, directly responsible for overall profitability, sales and service for large volume dealerships. Define and implement short and long term objectives, oversee and control all daily operations, policy implementation, advertising/promotions and strategic direction. Set and administer budgets and initiate cost controls to ensure profitability. Recruit, hire, and motivate staff up to100 including key management and support personnel for sales, finance, service and parts. Evaluate overall / individual performance and implement proactive management training processes. Establish departmental goals with management teams which were based on an environment of mutual trust and respect which required the highest ethical standards from staff and management.

Helped launch family-owned business by successfully prospecting weekly to over 100 different billion-dollar enterprise organizations. Ran 15-20 weekly meetings with C level executives. Secured over 50 new client relationships in a 3-year period equating to over $25M in sales. Handled all employee relations. Sold business after 5 years.
