I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and someone who is extremely passionate about fitness as well as health and wellness. My goal is to make a big impact in the personal training industry and I’m very eager to constantly improve my craft in a variety of ways. I plan to continue my education through different certifications such as nutrition, corrective exercise and sports performance. I’m extremely disciplined with my own mind and body and I’m constantly putting myself through vigorous workouts because i feel it only helps me become a better trainer for my clients and also I believe if your going to put clients through intense physical training and tell them to live a clean life its only right you follow the same disciplines. Currently I’m employed by Cryo Central in Hoboken, New Jersey and it’s been a great experience working in the recovery industry. Previously I was employed by Club Metro in Newark, New Jersey from 2013-2018 as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I decided to take time off from the fitness industry in order to obtain my NASM CPT and further educate myself so that i can train my future clients as well as my own body safely and more efficiently than i was previously.
