Responsibilities: - Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure. Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.- Plan and delegate Tasks to team to work towards the time set in the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).- Responsible to plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project which are working on. - Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.- As a Consultant, offer advice and expertise to organisations to help them improve their business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy. - The work stretches across a variety of areas, including management, strategy, IT, finance, marketing, HR and supply chain management.- As a Team Manager, provide distribution of manpower to balance the support in client sites.

• Percentage reduction in service targets missed (Negotiation and Agreements, Service Improvement) • Reduction in the number and severity of SLA and/or SLO breaches (Negotiation and Agreements, Service Improvement) • Percentage increase in Customer perception and satisfaction of SLO achievements (Monitoring and Reporting) • Percentage reduction in SLA and/or SLO breaches caused because of third-party support contracts (Negotiation and Agreements, Service Improvement) • Percentage reduction in SLA and/or SLO breaches caused because of ineffective Operational Level Agreements (Negoti ation and Agreements, Service Improvement) • Increased percentage of services with supporting OLAs (Negotiation and Agreements) • Documented and agreed SLM processes are in place (Service Level Management) • Documentary evidence that issues raised at service level reviews are being followed up and resolved (Service Improvement Plan).• To lead meetings with clients and vendors.• To Chair the DSR (Daily Service Review) meeting and to scribe the meeting as to prepare the agenda for the discussion.
