With a genuine passion for hospitality, I've spent the last five years breathing new life into our family-run Bed and Breakfast in the heart of County Clare. Today, it stands as a testament to my dedication and entrepreneurial spirit, thriving under my careful management and attention to detail.From the moment I took over, I saw a vision for what the B&B could be - a haven for travellers, a place where every guest feels at home, and an experience that goes beyond just a place to rest your head.Today, I'm proud to say that vision has become a reality. As the general manager, I wear many hats. I am an event planner, receptionist, cleaner, decorator, and chef. But above all, I'm a host. But the journey doesn't stop here. I am continuously looking for ways to enhance the guest experience, whether that's through innovative room designs, unique local partnerships, or one-of-a-kind dining experiences.In the hospitality industry, success isn't just about having a place to stay; it's about creating an experience that guests will remember.
