Oversaw the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and daily operations for the casual restaurant department, as well as collaborations with other departments. During this time, the department maintained an average annual growth of 18% over a seven year period ($285,000 to $905,000) and exceeded profitability forecasts. Collaborated with the Human Resources department to manage the departments recruiting, hiring, and training & development objectives to ensure proper staffing levels.
