Using transaction numbers to check for grouped payments showing on bank statements as a breakdown tool. Working on accrual and prepayments to check insurance policy payments are fully accounted for in the financial year.• Credit Control using a report from a list of tenants searched for missing payments based on if 4 weekly payments or calendar month from the tenancy agreement in place then contacted tenants to advise of payment required via telephone call and letter using customer files to check on payment history• Journal entries using sage 50 was able to input transactions onto the system including bank charges and tenancy payments in preparation of reconciliation.• Data entry using Excel created spreadsheet of clients figures from their own business accounting records to provide a summary of loss or profit in an analysis breakdown.
