Operations Superintendent for powerline construction and maintenance company. Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance and efficiency, and safe operation of overhead and underground crews. Responsible for guiding and supporting field operations safety and training. Assumes a storm lead role in times of storm restoration and response to local customers and off system mutual assistance. Manage profitability and safety by implementing effective cost strategies and processes intertwined with effective safe work practices, policies, procedures and training.

Co partner with my wife who is a Master Instructor, to manage all operations including training, data retention and record keeping, curriculum development, and overall management of beauty college, Cosmetology and Barbering. We believe in educating and reinventing the cosmetology and beauty industry for the betterment of our future. We am dedicated not only to forming and building better students to become professionals in the beauty industry, but also to changing and transforming minds to better serve our clientele. Safety CoordinatorAssist in managing safety programs and field auditing process. Conduct safety meetings, perform field audits, identify gaps and provide solutions. Collaborates with management in the design, development and implementation of Company EHS policies and standards in order to proactively manage safety risk, protect employees and meet regulatory responsibilities. Drive EH&S excellence and performance improvement through real culture change and effective, sustainable management systems.

Responsible for implementing and managing EHS programs to meet both regulatory requirements and Company policies and programs.
