Provide post-FRS training CBTs to the E-6B TACAMO squadrons. Plans, analyzes designs, develops, and evaluates courseware for each E-6B Naval aircraft communications crew position using my expertise of the communications mission. Job responsibilities include site management and training of subordinate employees, development of Lesson Specification Reports, Storyboards, Tests, Preliminary On-Screens, Final Onscreen review, technical research, and internal reviews of all training products for technical accuracy in support of the Air Crew Training Continuum (ACTC) program. Provides technical support for the VQT SHARP Learning Management System (LMS) and SHARP program. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and modifying SHARP LMS Electronic Training Jackets (ETJs), providing squadron aircrew training in SHARP LMS ETJ use, receiving and loading SHARP courseware, and responding to local SHARP user requests.
