Current role includes sales, education, training, and clinical support for Sonic Equipment which is one of the largest diagnostic equipment suppliers across Australia. I am predominantly covering the states of QLD, NT, TAS and SA

In addition to seeing patients for rehabilitation, I also conducted CAP assessments, DVA and tinnitus assessments, VES (American Veteran Services) assessments and conducted a large amount of FIFO work to regional QLD. Additionally in my role as Clinical Manager I was also responsible for ensuring all staff, admin and audiologists, communicated effectively and followed the procedures and protocols put in place that I regularly reviewed and created. I was also heavily involved in the supervision of our intern audiologists and more junior staff. My role also required me to communicate with reps from all hearing aid companies, negotiate contracts, updating the company website, ensuring all equipment is calibrated, and ordering perishables to name a few of my responsibilities.

while I was primarily employed at Clarity Hearing + Balance I also worked at QVCC, Clarity's sister diagnostic business. In this role I conducted hearing assessments from the ages of 1 and above through to adults as well as conducted vestibular assessments and cochlear implant mappings.

I provided 1 on 1 lessons to students of all ages across a range of instruments including clarinet, saxophone, recorder and piano

My primary responsibilities in this role were to manage registrations and organise accommodation for domestic and international conference delagates for the World Forum on Music that was hosted at the Qld Conservatorium in 2013
