Day to day running of the department, tracking job progress and ensuring lead times are adhered to.General administration of workflow from receipt of brief and allocating work, to approval and release of files for production.Point of contact for customers, printers and sales staff.Appraisals and performance monitoring/managing of team, monitoring and logging issues and errors, documenting and feeding back all findings.
