As an Operations Specialist and Training Manager in the U.S. Navy, I specialized in Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) and Anti-Surface Tactical Air Control (ASTAC) aboard USS Carr and USS Truxton, as well as serving as an Instructor for the Center for Surface Combat Systems East. My role focused on training, leadership, and safety, where I accumulated over 800 hours of live helicopter control and more than 1,000 hours of synthetic control, directly enhancing the operational readiness and safety of my teams.I led the training of over 50 divisional personnel on both vessels, ensuring they were fully prepared for naval operations.
