Design, develop and implement key elements of the Federal Reserve’s strategy for payments security. Focus on efforts related to fraud definitions and improving fraud data, and research into fraud, cyber threats, and emerging technologies. Contribute to opportunities for collaboration with the payments industry.

• Drive improvements for fraud policies/processes across Large Corporate, Commercial and Treasury Management through collaboration and brain-storming tactics to progress fraud mitigation efforts. • Work with business partners (risk, product, operations, and technology) to ensure a balanced risk reward perspective across Countries, Regions, channels and segment. • Fraud subject matter expert (SME) on Global Product new projects and initiatives that may impact business as usual activities and result in new processes and procedures. • Accountable for integration and implementation of Fraud Monitoring recommendations into Global Expansion and Online Product improvement efforts. • Identify and quantify risks associated with new or proposed process or procedural changes, new products or programs, or changes in business conditions. • Lead and/or participate in cross-functional initiatives that target fraud gap closures and loss reduction.• Create in-depth country/product assessments to identify fraud gaps and develop mitigation strategies • Responsible for driving long term solutions, complimented by short term initiatives, while understanding the need to balance events with minimal interruption to business as usual tactics. • Prepare and present Fraud Prevention materials to educate audiences including Sales, Operations, Clients, Servicing and external organizations to inform and expand Fraud knowledge base
