I started by selling cars on breaks from college. I then progressed to learn the whole automotive company by learning every aspect of the business. I slowly started to take a leadership role in the sales department, and became a sales manager. From here I have been working with my team to create as much growth in the sales field as possible. Together we have created more gross and opportunities for the company to grow and succeed. I have watched the market and adjusted to the companies needs by knowing what cars to be buying, and how to have them priced at an aggressive aspect. Managing has made me learn every part of the business and understand how it is supposed to function. After sales management, I took control of the financing and became the finance manager. This is the most important role in the office. I am working with my team to get loans approved and funded as quickly and efficiently as possible. From here I have been learning more about the backend of a sale by not only selling a vehicle, but products that go with it. This is the very last position I have needed to learn to know the entire business and industry.
