VPEG5 is targeting to deliver a net return after fees of 20% p.a. to investors over a six to eight-year investment timeframe.VPEG5 completed its final close on 17 December 2023 with total investor commitments of approximately $165 million.As at 31 December 2023, VPEG5 had made investment commitments totalling $169 million across eight primary private equity funds and four co-investments. As a result, 19 unique underlying investments exist within VPEG5’s portfolio. VPEG5’s investment commitments include; $25 million to each of Anchorage Capital Partners Fund IV and Allegro Fund IV, $20 million to each of Advent Partners 3 Fund, CPE Capital 9, Riverside Australia Fund IV, Next Capital Fund V and $15 million to Mercury Capital Fund twenty2. Vantage Private Equity Growth 4 (VPEG4)(www.vpeg4.info) is a Private Equity Fund of Funds established to provide investors with access to the returns generated by the top performing growth capital, turnaround & buyout Private Equity Funds in Australia. VPEG4 completed its final close on 30 September 2021 with total investor commitments of approximately $180 million. VPEG4 is targeting to deliver a net return after fees of 20% p.a. to investors over a six to eight-year investment timeframe.As at 31 December 2023, VPEG4 has made a total of $172.5 million of investment commitments across seven Primary Private Equity funds and six co-investments. As a result, 31 unique underlying company investments exist within VPEG4’s underlying portfolio at quarter end. VPEG4’s investment commitments include; $30 million to each of Allegro Fund IV, Advent Partners 3, CPE Capital 9 and Anchorage Capital Partners Fund IV, $20 million to Potentia Capital Fund II and $10 million to each of Riverside Australia Fund III and Adamantem Capital Fund II. Vantage Private Equity Growth 3 (VPEG3)(www.vpeg3.info) is a Private Equity Fund of Funds established to provide investors with access to the returns generated by the top performing Growth, Turnaround and Buyout Private Equity Funds in Australia. VPEG3 competed its final close during January 2019 with over $50m of investor commitments.As at 31 December 2023, VPEG3 had committed $67.55 million across seven Primary Private Equity Funds and two co-investments. As a result, VPEG3 had ultimately invested in 50 underlying company investments with 10 exits completed (partially or fully realised) from the portfolio at quarter end. VPEG3’s investment commitments include; $12 million to Allegro Fund III; $10 million to each of Adamantem Capital Fund 1, Advent Partners 2 Fund, Anchorage Capital Partners Fund III and Next Capital Fund IV, $7.5 million to Mercury Capital Fund 3 and $7 million to Odyssey Private Equity Fund 8. Vantage Private Equity Growth 2 (VPEG2) (www.vpeg2.info) is a Private Equity Fund of Funds established to provide investors with access to the returns generated by the top performing Growth, Turnaround and Buyout Private Equity Funds in Australia. VPEG2 completed its final close in May 2015 and subsequently made $51.1m of investment commitments across eight Private Equity funds and one co-investment.As at 31 December 2023, VPEG2’s investment commitments included; $10m to Adamantem Capital Fund 1; $8m to each of CHAMP IV, Next Capital Fund III and Odyssey Private Equity Fund 8; $6m to Allegro Fund II, $5m to Mercury Capital Fund 2, NZ$4m to Waterman Fund 3 and NZ$2m to Pencarrow Bridge Fund. As a result 55 underlying company investments have been completed, with 33 exits completed or announced to date.VPEG2 has delivered investors a net of all fees, Total Value to Paid In (TVPI) of 2.3x which is global top quartile for its vintage year of establishment.

Vantage Private Equity Growth Limited (VPEG) (www.vpeg.info) was an independent multi manager Private Equity Investment Company whose primary objective was to provide investors with the benefit of a well-diversified Private Equity investment portfolio. VPEG completed its final close in June 2008.By December 2008, VPEG had completed $43m of investment commitments across 7 private equity funds. VPEG's investment commitments included, $8m to each of Archer Capital Fund 4, Catalyst Buyout Fund 2 and Quadrant Private Equity No. 2, $7m to Next Capital II and $4m to each of Advent V, Crescent Capital Partners III and Equity Partners Fund No. 3.As at 31 March 2023 VPEG had completed 49 underlying company investments all of which had been sold from VPEG's portfolio. In May 2023, VPEG's Shareholders voted unanimously to wind up VPEG by way of a Members Voluntary Liquidation with the final distribution of the remaining cash assets of VPEG paid to all Shareholders during March 2024.VPEG ultimately delivered investors a net after fees and after tax, Total Value to Paid In (TVPI) ratio of 1.67x invested capital, which is a global top quartile return for its Vintage year of first investment, being 2006.
