I have had the privilege to work in several market sectors:Private sector: M1 Concourse – An 87 acre playground for car enthusiasts that is unmatched anywhere in the country. Including a 1.5 mile performance track and 15 buildings of private garages.Healthcare sector: From new Medical office buildings with Emergency rooms and Ambulatory surgery centers, to renovations inside occupied hospitals, and even Corporate Headquarters, I have delivered state of the art medical facilities for my clients to provide the absolute best in healthcare to their patients. Clients include McLaren Healthcare, Trinity Health, Ascension Providence St. John, and Private physician practices. College/University sector – I have delivered projects as a general contractor and construction manager. Projects include dorm renovations, classroom/laboratory facilities, athletic complexes, and administrative spaces. Clients include Oakland Community College, Schoolcraft College, and Oakland University.K-12 Sector – I started with small classroom renovations and worked up to building entirely new school complexes on greenfield and inner city sites. There is nothing better than seeing the joy on children’s faces when they get to walk into a new classroom/building that will help shape their future. Clients include Detroit Public Schools, Walled Lake Consolidated School District, Holly Area Schools, East China School District. Grand Blanc Schools.Religious sector – Managed a complete renovation of an existing church for Northridge Church so they could better serve their congregation in the Brighton area.
