I was asked to step away from pharmacy to overseen and managed a 24 site optical division for CVS which placed me at a director level interacting with the senior management at CVS.

Boston And Albany Area

My responsibilities included overseeing the operations of 20 to 24 pharmacies at a time. Management included growing the pharmacy business, inventory management, staff hiring and development, regulatory compliance, and profitability of each pharmacy department. After 2 years I was asked to work as assistant to the Director of Pharmacy and developed CVS's first pharmacy computer system.
