Research and provide detailed analytical insights to both build new and improve existing a wide range of Talent Management Programs. Responsibilities include:• Partner with the Talent leadership team, Talent Business Partners, Organisational Development Consultants and other functions to understand and deliver on their data needs: from standard reporting, workforce planning support, to executive level analysis and recommendations.• Partner closely with HRIS and IT to build and maintain the required system functionality to collect, analyse and present data.• Use advanced Excel modeling and analysis on areas such as resource planning, utilisation, budgeting, compensation and talent management analytics.• Organise, clean-up and decipher large data sets and construct Excel models to assist with reporting based on management demands.• Improve and automate current reporting capabilities through use of macros and advanced spreadsheet skills.• Focus on gaining in-depth knowledge of the trends going beyond data reporting into drawing conclusions and generating insight.• Work closely with Financial Services to provide monthly metrics and reporting, including building new ad-hoc reports as requested.• Ensure the highest of data integrity standards and process standardisation to ensure consistent reporting.• Assist in various ad hoc requests and special projects involving analysis and heavy spreadsheet modelling.• Talent system administration including PageUp,, SuccessFactors, PS Enterprise.

Provide high level administrative support to the Manager – Engagement & Talent by efficiently coordinating national activities in the areas of engagement, coaching, succession planning and talent management.Provide high level administrative and project support by delivering a range of people projects/initiatives as required. Apply robust project management methodologies to ensure optimum outcomes are achieved.Create and maintain Microsoft Access database of development activities undertaken by key talent group and develop and run regular reports from Microsoft Access database for senior management and executive staff.
