As a Project and Operations Administrator, I collaborate on special projects across Core's corporate departments. My specialty is building standardized structures and process to stream line work flows, improve data collection, and enable scalability. In the eight weeks of my summer internship, I worked on the following projects:1. Implementation and Operational Questionnaire - with the implementation and clinical operations teams, I helped create an Excel questionnaire to act as a centralized information repository to enhance collaboration and partnership between Core's internal teams as well as with new hospital partners. This file includes a dashboard, over 26 hospital department questionnaires, and resources for Core team members.2. Department Metric Scorecards - I developed internal department metrics for eight corporate teams. Identifying and tracking these metrics will help the departments increase team accountability, improve individual performance, provide contextual data for issue resolution, and help achieve strategic goals. I also designed and built the scorecard dashboard to visualize and communicate performance trends.3. Clinician Employment Contract Management - I helped standardize over 13 employee contracts to uphold Core's professional and legal brand and strengthen employee trust in the recruiting process. I then uploaded these contracts into Salesforce and created Docusign Envelope templates to automate Core's contract management.

Led Xevant’s Senior Leadership team (SLT) by facilitating its weekly meeting, serving as liaison between the SLT and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and actively solving company-wide issues. I have led 23 SLT meetings and helped solve over 162 operational issues.Managed the onboarding plan for the Web Development team. I supervised the onboarding of three new hires.Provided ad hoc financial reporting assistance including updating the weekly cash forecast, creating and maintaining two revenue stream forecasts, and preparing over 32 departmental budget files.Planned and oversaw two company on-sites: I helped create the conference agenda; I coordinated the travel, lodging, and meal catering for over 50 employees; and I organized two company activities and three departmental meetings.Rerouted correspondence, prioritized daily and weekly tasks, managed calendars, and provided administrative support for three executives: Chief of Revenue, Chief of Finance, and Chief of Technology. I graded over 10 research papers about the American financial system, in-class presentations over specific macro-economic indicators, and prepared these students for finals by teaching them financial concepts.In the Winter 2022 semester, I was a TA for the BYU EMBA Business Finance course, with over 65 students. I graded weekly quizzes and exams; assisted with and graded Harvard business cases; and held multi-weekly TA sessions to teach capital budgeting tools, stock valuation models, time-value of money problems, bonds, sales forecasting, and financial ratio analysis, and useful excel tricks.

We aim to save costs, improve patient experience, and collect better data for future business plans.- I am also heading a project to install EV charging stations at the hospital. By teaming up with Engineering, I will present my recommendations on a location on the property to install the charging stations, a strategic vendor, and a cost analysis and budget, while ensuring we follow healthcare ethics and regulations to provide this service.

I also mentored and assisted in the training of other rookie route managers.- Created over $180,000 in revenue in only two summers.This job was very challenging for me, but I excelled. I am naturally a friendly person, but I had to train daily and worked abundantly to improve selling techniques. I learned to discern what was impeding a potential customer from buying, how to connect to the person's individual needs and wants and provide a solution that met those needs and wants, in only a matter of seconds. Acquiring selling techniques has improved my interpersonal skills, problem solving, reasoning skills, time management, marketing strategies, and team training.

However, I learned to manage my own projects and come up with my own action plan. The department managers had issues they wanted help to solve, and they gave me resources to assist me, but I had to come up with my own way of investigating, gathering results, and implementing the solution. This developed my problem-solving abilities, communication, and time and project management.
