Responsibilities include starting the Brokerage Department from inception. As well as the development of the business model, marketing strategy, lead cultivation, day-to-day sales, trucking and rigging logistics, and customer satisfaction. Other major tasks involve generating weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as well as making bi-yearly presentations to the Sales Department, Buy Department, and the Ownership Group. Key Accomplishments: Generating more than $600,000 in sales in the first year while exceeding the margin goal of 20%. Aided in the development of a multi-million dollar computer program, and marketing plan specific to the Brokerage Department.

Responsibilities included selling to existing customers, as well generating new business through phone, email, and face-to-face customer interaction. Coordinated and scheduled freight carriers for customer purchases. Organized the exportation of equipment to countries all over the world. Aided in the expansion of the sales department by utilizing additional forms of web based marketing that had never been utilized.

Responsible for hiring, developing, training, and promoting sales associates while maintaining a profitable and effective sales branch.
