The role has multiple aspects including:Verification and development of the safety specifications of new and old equipment on company grounds.Development of the acceptance specifications of the machines, with a focused look on the components on board, attention to the possible withdrawal from the spare parts market (PLM) and requests for operative compatibility for the production staff.Development of manuals on the good use of equipment.Development of prototypes for the processing of new products and processes.Development and research of new automated technologies to improve and make all production aspects more efficient.Acceptance of the new equipment and meticulous research of the problems that could be encountered before reception at the production site, at the same time verifying that the specifications sent are respected.Supervision of new equipment projects and retrofit on old equipment to bring it back to a new stage or to allow it to produce a new range of products respecting new process specifications.

Immediatly after i finished my last school year i started working at IMA Corazza and IMA BFB.At this day i have prepared and tested multiple times many kind of end of the line automatic machines with different softwares, like: Step7 5.5, WinCC (TP177 etc.), TIA Portal V12-13-14-15 (TP900 etc.), EPAS-V24, PacDrive3, Rockwell Studio 5000 R28, FactoryTalkView Studio, Simotion Scout 5.3.Eventually i also had many experiences with FANUC Robots, with the M-710 series and M-20, in machines that the main goal was to palletize and/or depalletize.For a project i completely developed a function in Siemens AWL that allows you to register the number of the first alarm that stops the machine for frequency and time active by placing those values in different arrays, and with time this function creates a ranking of the most frequent or most active alarms.The name of this alarm is instead searched in an Excel file on the Operator Panel with a simple script that remove and only copies the information necessary to the operator and data managers.At this day i had the possibility to be on the field and challenge myself and my capabilities in different plants, also for a long time, i have been to:England, Germany, China, Brasil, Australia, Argentina, North Carolina, New York, Denmark and National Customer.I have an advanced experience in testing and integrating a track and trace system in an automatic machine, from the easiest with 2 cameras and aggregation carton- case to the ones with 3 cameras and aggregation with the pallet, with different systems like: Systech, Antares, PCE and Uhlmann.Much experience and knowledge of end of the line machines.

During my time in high school the faculty organized with the factory a stage period to introduce ourselves to the working world.The time consisted of a month of work each year.In the factory i have done activities of:-Composition of electric motors of any dimensions, also for wind turbines, and then a trial for each motor with a mobile unit to then fill up a complete form of the results.-Terminal blocks assembly.-Reparation of malfunctioning motors.-Storage of bills, organizing them by customer, date and progressive number.
