This support leads to multiple better outcomes for our client companies.My current role as Vice President, Digital Business at Packimpex involves leading the group's IT department, overseeing digital transformation initiatives, managing projects, and providing key account management to a number of partner companies active in a business ecosystem. I'm responsible for ensuring that all business systems are "go", and for layering in increasing amounts of smart technology (and appropriate training) into Packimpex's service delivery process.
