I was one of the first people to join one the biggest internal project named Anna.Anna is a platform connecting the professional cleaning partners with the residential and commercial clients. Our main goal is to make the householding industry easier and more accessible to anyone.My responsibilites in this role:➡️ Build and mentor a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, supporting their professional development and growth.➡️ Pilot a new product line - commercial cleaning - and ensure the success of the expansion of it to other countries. Currently we have launched successfully 4 markets (Czech Republic, Slovakia, UK and Ireland).➡️ Collaborate with country teams to design, implement, and optimize regional business and operational strategies/goals. Ensure the delivery of regional P&L against set KPIs, while maintaining operational efficiency and maximizing return on investments.➡️ Monitor market dynamics, competition, and industry trends to provide actionable insights and steer strategic decision-making.➡️ Oversight and close cooperation with IT team. Helping them with creating the new internal system.

Scio is a Czech company focused on a modern approach to education. I was helping Scio to build long-term relationships with the partnered and new universities and other educational institutions. I managed it by being in active contact with the partners and reacting to any feedback from them. This helped get closer to the aim of the company which is to modernize the educational system in the Czech Republic.My main responsibilities:* Day-to-day contact with our long-term partners ensuring their needs are met. I strived to personalize my communication with specific clients in order to provide the best customer experience.* Administration & basic accounting such as payment processing.* Campaign management - In the team, we have prepared the new campaign distribution to our partners by contacting them and receiving feedback from them for future campaigns.* Sales of new projects to new & long-term partners.
