• Lead internal teams as the Project Manager for implementation and adoption of new CRM Program• Distribute incoming leads and track their process through our sales cycle• Able to be proactive in decision making, multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment• Ability to coordinate and synchronize multiple projects while maintaining a high degree of customer service. • Organize daily route for most efficient use of working hours• Track status of multiple subpoenas/summons allocated to my task list • Maintain open communication with the intake coordinators to ensure all additional tasks are aligned with my daily route• Ensure tasks are completed on or before the clients/courts deadline set in agreeance with Lynx Legal • Participate in continued education in accordance with Florida Statues and changing laws/regulations • Ability to quickly use my resources to find correct locations if provided wrong information from client to avoid delaying their deadlines being met
