• Provided in-person and remote system support for macOS, iOS, and Windows as well as software support for GSuite, Microsoft Office, Box, Dropbox, RingCentral, and Envoy for corporate and fulfillment center employees.• JAMF - Imaged computers with Casper Suite, manage Apple devices through JAMF software, and built out policies through the JSS for our fleet of hardware.• Onboarding – Created user accounts and prepared technology for new hires. Developed and presented content during IT portion of new employee onboarding events.• Leadership - Trained immediate team of System Administrators and organized weekly and quarterly meetings to encourage positive and open culture, service continuity, and a fertile environment for ideation.• Department Building - Helped carve out design of the Information Systems department as one of the two first IT support hires.• Infrastructure - Installed and configured UPSs, wired offices for network connectivity, worked with Networking team to resolve issues with K4 and CrashPlan servers.• Documentation - Drafted SOPs and knowledge base articles for the Information Systems team (e.g. onboarding/off-boarding instructions, technical setup steps for company all-hands meetings, and other troubleshooting guides). Also wrote company-wide documentation for a non-technical audience (e.g. How to send email from your Google alias, connecting to VPN).• A/V – Setup and maintained Google Chromeboxes and VoIP phones in conference rooms, as well as Blue Jeans software and A/V equipment for company-wide meetings.
