➥I am a highly accomplished, dynamic, and results-oriented operations executive with extensive experience improving restaurant profitability, driving revenue, and cutting costs. Since starting this position I have overseen the process of 9 consecutive 10 million dollar venue openings. My current role includes site selections for new venues, hiring and training of all managers and staff, project management support during construction and all aspects of new restaurants from day one to operational turnover. I specialize in finding and developing new talent from within our company to create a traveling team of 20+ new venue trainers and operators. I also oversee the training department for both brands in our growing company set in our Denver office.
