Managed multi-million dollar AGV project across entire plant (8 AGVs). Managed $10.0M "Mini Mill" project with new C80 card, D55 drawframe, R70 spin frame, and AGV unit to create a fully autonomous process from opening to packaged product.

Oversaw all production activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment repairs, and equipment installations to ensure the maximum up-time on all equipment. Manage all daily functions associated with the safety, quality, and production goals.
