Since 1997 have been providing our clients with some of the most innovative, competitively priced and above all secure Structural Warranty solutions available on the market. MD Insurance offer a range of warranty products from New Homes and Social Houisng to Commercial and Completed Housing.

Launched in 2007, LABC Warranty works in partnership with Local Authority Building Control (LABC) to provide you with complete support for your structural warranty and building control needs. Whether your development is residential or non-residential, LABC Warranty have a range of structural warranties to suit you. Our network of experienced, local surveyors work alongside your Building Control Surveyor, and will additionally review developments in accordance with our technical standards.LABC Warranty are administrated by MD Insurance Services.

A customer facing sales and advising role with Santander as a Personal Banking Advisor at a busy Liverpool based branch. Within a year of working for the company I was promoted to a ‘Savings Specialist’ applying myself to an intense but rewarding job role. I worked in one of the busiest and demanding branches in the region. As Santander are striving to become the bank of choice, I had to meet demanding daily targets in order to produce the goals of the company. I ran my own diary to arrange meetings with new and existing customers helping and advising them with their financial needs and goals. I engage with people from all walks of life, gathering information, matching requirements to products and closing the sale or referring specialised enquiries. I worked in an extremely focused, diligent and professional manner, allowing me to exceed my responsibilities on a daily basis. I received the recognition from my peers and management by being promoted to a Saving Specialist in such a short space of time.
