Motivated individual seeking challenging position that will utilize my leadership, interpersonal, and technical skills resulting in project and company success. My journey:In my pre-GSK years, I managed a Champs Sports store in Wilmington, NC. Striving for high levels of customer satisfaction from myself as well as my team became the core reason why the store was successful. This experience allowed me to sharpen my interpersonal and relationship management skills. Wanting to grow, I challenged myself to return to school for a second degree in Computer Science and seek a higher-level position.Over the last 15 years I have had the opportunity to work within US Pharma IT at GSK. In that time, I have learned the inner workings of how a pharmaceutical company operates. Working with our customers, understanding their needs, analyzing data and developing solutions became a part of my every day. As my skills improved, I advanced to a Development Lead role which allowed me to grow my communication and leadership skills. These skills helped guide teams in the proper architecture direction resulting in strategic solutions. Some of the key successes included Consumer Health conversion, EDP, Veeva integration, LASH, and building a variety of semantic layers for user access. Over the last few years, my time has been spent fulfilling a Portfolio Manager position aligned to MDM. Here I was able to lead large discussions on key objectives and delivered valued solutions. Rep is Always Right, filtering the PCAT (Alignable Universe), recognizing alignment changes quicker, and customer ReIDL are a few items that have benefited the business during this time. Over the last few years, I have been the US Azure Dev Ops manager for US R1 data. Learning new technologies and scrum methodologies with new marketing data sets have only increased my desire to grow. Some of my key skills include• Proven development, architecture, and technical skills have led successful teams• Recognized problem-solver who can efficiently collect and analyze information to find strategic solutions• Strong organizational and planning skills have developed team’s roadmaps to be presented and reviewed by sponsors • Hard work ethic has built confidence and trust at all levels
