Educational background was in Tool & Die but I ended up in Injection Molding. I started in the trade in 1983 and while working in the tool shop, have held positions from general helper to Designer to Lead Man, and also supervised the CNC Department when CNC machining was in its infancy. I moved from the tool building side of the trade to the manufacturing side in 1996, where one of my first tasks was to establish and tool up our internal shop to be able to perform our preventative maintenance internally and also perform easier repairs and engineering changes. In my current position I oversee all new tool builds, working closely with both Project Management and Accounting to verify all aspects of the projects are up to date and smooth. Other responsibilities have included supervising both the tooling and maintenance departments, project manager and I also currently run all flow analysis for our 3 Plants.Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
