Retired law enforcement, security, military and corporate executive leader with over 45 years of experience. I am now a professional speaker offering leadership and resilience development and coaching through storytelling and humor. My passion is sharing with aspiring and experienced leaders the lessons I have learned throughout my career to make your events engaging, entertaining, and inspiring.Throughout my leadership and resilience presentations, I share stories, case studies and lessons learned from my career, where I served in leadership roles in Air Force and Army Expeditionary, Homeland Defense and Security, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, Heavy Bomber, Space Operations, Tactical Fighter, and Special Operations organizations. Among my military assignments, I served as the Security Forces Director for Air Force Special Operations Command and commanded award-winning squadrons at Soesterberg, The Netherlands, Mountain Home, Idaho and Peterson, Colorado. I had the privilege of serving as a National Defense Fellow at Harvard University. I also had the opportunity to serve as commander of three Air Expeditionary Squadrons and the largest Air Expeditionary Group in United States Central Command during four tours in the Persian Gulf region. Following my career in the Air Force, I spent over three years in corporate leadership positions followed by over 10 years with the Department of Energy and United States Army in senior leadership roles.
