Responsible for the following departments:• Accounting – provided guidance and support for the monthly and yearly financial closing process. Assured that the monthly journal entries were prepared to record the proper revenue and expenses associated with each program throughout the agency. • Purchasing – ensured all purchase orders were processed and all the proper receipts were obtained for the timely closing of purchase orders. • Accounts Payable – ensured that all invoices were correctly coded and paid prior to their due date. • Rep Payee – ensured that all items being purchased for the residents were processed as timely as possible. • Audit - Coordinated the interim, year end, Workers Comp and State audits. Also, worked with various staff on the coordination of the preparation of the agencies Consolidated Fiscal Report and 990 reports. Part of the Senior Leadership Committee and Strategic Implementation Team. These committees were developed in order to strive for efficiencies and team building in each area.
