1. Establishment of all site management procedures.2. Managing all current & upcoming projects for Vortex Construction P/L & Vortex Property Group.3. Scope of works and selection of subcontractors.4. Planning, logistics and co-ordination of multiple projects.5. Develop and maintain quality assurance controls as required, implement procedures to achieve project quality standards.6. Assist with project design and development, also delivery phase.7. Assist with the implementation of cost control measures, assume responsibility for financial outcomes during project duration.8. Assume control and establish business relationships required to ensure the smooth running of projects.9. Develop and maintain time frame schedules.10. Ensure quality of workmanship.11. Interacting with stake holders, government authorities, consultants, clients, contractors and fellow staff.12. Interacting with sales team during construction and after completion of a project.13. Manage defects procedures for current and previously completed projects.
