Estimate, Contract and Supervise the Installation of Mid to Large Architectural Millwork and Commercial Millwork projects throughout the South.We are a labor only company.

Direct staff of four AutoCad Engineers in the production of all Architectural Millwork Submittal drawings for $20m progressive company. Review all projects for constructability, adherence to Contract, Architectural Prints, Specifications and all Post-Bid change documents. Work directly with Customers' and Architects' for Project and component Value Engineering. Train Staff Engineers' on Company drawing standards, AWI-standards, and all current joinery and materials updated information. Review and redline all Submittal Drawings. Utilize redline process as an opportunity to mentor and train Engineers. Submit and follow all Drawings through the Approval process, working closely with Project Architect and Customer to insure Scope is correctly represented. Maintain positive,Team oriented departmental culture. Provide sound, informed Leadership, in a disciplined, well structured environment.

Responsible for all projects from Contract Award and Pre-Construction Review to Hand Off to specific Project Managers.Projects range in value from $90k to $2.3m, with a yearly volume of $16.7mManage and train all new Project Managers on Company Policies and Procedures. Qualified Company for AWI-QCP Certification
