I took over management of Commerce products at GoDaddy with a small team of four engineers. In the following decade, I led the launch of six new products, ran diligence and integrated three acquisitions, and grew the small Commerce team into a full business unit with hundreds of engineers and the transformational mission to make GoDaddy the world's best commerce solution provider.I spoke at SpreeConf (2016, NYC) and the Avalara Developer Conference (2022, Virtual) and coordinated a GoDaddy hiring event talk (virtual, 2022) showcasing the company's engineering excellence and exciting work in the commerce space.

As a Team Lead at the College Board, I led development of three key products, oversaw multiple scrum teams, and drove improvement of product quality and efficiency. I established programming standards, implemented agile practices, and integrated Continuous Integration for streamlined development. I conducted technical interviews, mentored development staff, and spearheaded initiatives such as automating standardize business requirements into machine-consumable rulesets for financial aid calculation. I also extended legacy data integration points with WCF web services, and implemented a SAML solution for campus-integrated Single Sign-On with web portal products.

Oversaw all technical operations. Gathered customer requirements, developed software solutions, trained users, hired and managed engineers, wrote contract RFP responses, wired office network and domain server, and more. Grew the company from 4 to 16 before departing.
