Michael has been with Cascade Engineering for 20+ years and brings over 30+ years of power engineering test and design experience to Cascade. Michael’s core strengths include precision analog and high-speed digital designs as applied to power electronics used in Aerospace, Medical, Industrial, and Consumer products. His primary responsibilities include all aspects of technical leadership and program management for testing and design work entrusted to Cascade Engineering.Michael has strong analytical, technical and communication skills with solid project management experience. Michael is responsible for identifying, building support for, and developing new products internally and with external strategic partners.Michael is a highly disciplined self-starter with the ability to organize, plan, track and lead multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Michael has extensive experience in managing internationally distributed development and test teams (CM’s and CDM’s).
