Plans designs for web applications based on information and feedback from clients. Requires intense problem-solving skills to coordinate the correct solutions for developing pages for the application. The process of work is done in an agile work environment where we meet with clients at least once a week.

Completed support tickets to help resolve issues other employees were having with their work technologies. Involved multiple forms of communication (MS Teams/Email messaging, Phone Calls, In-person, etc.) to solve various tasks and incidents in a timely manner. Tasks may include providing the employee access to a specific application, installing applications, updating the employee's account information, or even providing technology directly to the employee. Incidents were more urgent and may include fixing online problems like updating drivers, repairing applications, or running computer scans (which were mostly done through remote access on TeamViewer). They may also include fixing in-person problems like repairing printers, fixing debit card machines, or fixing the music being played in the restaurants. Prioritizing these tasks and incidents based on importance and time was crucial in order to accomplish the goals of the role.

Aided in constructing Banting Middle School in Port Coquitlam. Required persistent and organized work to help make the job easier for the carpenter. Assisted carpenter in cleaning up, filling in holes in walls, carrying furniture to classrooms, and drilling in lockers. These tasks needed to be prioritized in order to be successful in accomplishing more work.
