Main Duties Included:• Be the first point of contact for members and potential members by telephone, email or leads from the TOG website• Qualify clients through analysis pre-call to learn about their business and potential needs and offer the best and most suitable solution for them • Convert the enquiry to viewing stage through objection handling and detailed discussion around the TOG portfolio• Deliver and exceed daily/weekly KPIs working effectively as part of a team towards group KPI targets also• Liaise with third parties (brokers) to book in viewings for the Area Sales Manager within the appropriate building • Manage the viewing in your ASM team’s diary through effective communication• Manage each lead on the CRM system and become efficient in using system correctly for managing leads and report running• Support Sales Managers in forecasting to the Head of Sales

• Arrange and undertake appointments and meetings with prospective clients• Proactive business development to prospective clients• Responsibility for management of client accounts that I’ve secure and developed• Identify further opportunities for investment from your clients• To create and maintain a CRM Database

• Identifying and generating leads from networking and marketing using marketing tools such as SmartFocus.• Managing the sales cycle from enquiry to sale.• Managing personal and team KPIs whether they are daily or monthly• Taking full ownership of P&L to achieve and exceed revenue and profit targets.• Developing a team including; one-to-ones, coaching and mentoring.
