Program Manager
Current•Manage the preparation of the Division's budget.•Oversees projects as assigned by the surgery center Director(s). Maintains logs, worksheets and other project documents. Archives documents at project close. Ensures adherence to quality standards and achieve project deliverables. Communicates with senior leadership, project sponsors, steering committee and other stakeholders on a regular basis. Maintains authority and responsibility for entire project cycle - initiate, plan, execute, control and close. Provides ongoing support for project teams. Act as a coach or mentor for teams. Acts as a champion for new ideas and innovations.•Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions and the Division's actual performance compared to industry benchmarks and the divisions budget. Collaborate on corrective action plans as warranted. Develop trends and projections for the Division's finances. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.•Administer and compile data from the staffing software solution to identify staffing trends and create strategic staffing plans for the Division. •Supports the implementation of the lean management system through value stream and continuous improvement. Documents standard work, facilities the development of the project plan(s) to ensure the priorities, project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget constraints. Leads the coordination of other support functions (Facilities, IT etc.) during implementation.•Evaluates software solutions to meet the needs of the Division, providing detailed reports and cost analysis for various options to the Administrative Team.•Compile and perform audits of data, participate in Division report meetings and assist in the development of Division reports. Develops administrative reports and benchmarking data using various software programs and tools.
