I developed a web-based collaborative electronic reviewing and project tracking solutions to improve the efficiency of application reviews and reduce costs associated with paper-based processes. This solution allowed for remote access to information and streamlined the review process, resulting in significant time and cost savings for the county.The electronic reviewing and project tracking solution enabled planners, engineers, and other county staff to collaborate and share information in real-time, reducing the time required for project reviews and approvals.By developing this innovative solution, I was able to improve the efficiency of the land use planning process while also reducing costs for the county.
