In my previous job my colleagues and I used Microsoft products daily to work professionally and effectively for the NHS. I also use Excel for personal use regularly and have experience with many advanced functions and personal scripts. I have a strong background in IT and I have many years of experience working in the field. I have an advanced understanding and practical experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint. I also have a basic understanding of how Adobe Indesign works and how to use the program. Additionally, I do have experience working with HTML.In my previous job I would troubleshoot both hardware and software issues for my clients. I took responsibility for entire computer networks across multiple doctor's sugeries across the West Herts area. This also meant maintaining their intranet systems, keeping the local servers working and up-to-date and ensuring the security of all systems connected.
