Provides high-level expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of management, technical, organizational and business improvement or investigative efforts. This includes studies, analysis and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts/recommendations. Advises on technology transition efforts and supports studies and projects to reduce tech transition risk associated with Rapid Global Mobility requirements and systems.

Managed all aspects of one ACAT 1D and multiple ACAT III programs with annual budget over $100 million, successfully balancing multiple competing requirements. Leads a team of over 40 professionals, providing the guidance and motivation for successful program accomplishment. Regularly employs his management skills to bring to bear the right functional expertise required to solve various program issues, and negotiates with multiple entities both in the Government and industry to ensure his programs stay on track. Complimented by SAF/AQ during SPR for solving long standing fiscal and programmatic issues.

Leads Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Engagement with Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) on Science and Technology requirements, programs, and transition to acquisition or industry. Serves as AFRL/XP liaison to ASC and orchestrates tech transition council interactions. Defines opportunities and strategies for investing AFRL research and development funds to meet current and projected weapon system technology requirements in the areas of aeronautics, agile combat support, system survivability and sustainment.

Responsible for facilities, security, and information technology needs for the 350+ personnel assigned to the headquarters, Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). Also responsible for Staff Assistance Visit/Self Inspection Program (SAV/SIP) , civil engineering, security and logistics policy for all of AFRL. Directly supervised fifteen Government personnel, over 20 contractor personnel, and responsible for executing a $6.5 million annual budget.

Supervisor for all corporate proposal development including lead author for 3 major services proposals. Won two efforts worth over $100M. Led Information Technology team in the following: providing IT help desk services and server system administration, managing corporate computer equipment plans, managing software application development and sustainment, managing corporate intranet and internet web site development and operations. Identified key information technologies and economic, political, and social trends that affected customer and business key organizational goals and objectives. Wrote and implemented the first corporate IT policies and procedures, and ensured IT compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
