Mike is the President, CEO, and Chairman of AutoTeam Delaware which consists of Delaware Cadillac, Delaware Subaru, Delaware Saab, Kia of Wilmington, and formerly Chevrolet of Dover. He is a former chairman of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and a creator of the Small Business Alliance. In 2011, he was nominated for a TIME Dealer of the Year Award by the Delaware Automobile and Truck Dealers Association, and recognized at the National Auto Dealers Convention. Under his co-leadership, AutoTeam Delaware-affiliated dealerships have been recognized by the Department of Defense, along with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, as a finalist for the Employer Support Freedom Award, the highest recognition given by the U.S. Government to employers for their outstanding support of employees serving in the Guard or Reserve. Mike has served as Chairman for the Cadillac National Dealer Council, GM President’s Dealer Advisory Council, GM Dealer Policy Board and was the past president of Delaware Automobile and Truck Dealers Association as well as Cadillac Philadelphia Local Marketing Association. Former Vice Chair of Trustees, Christiana Care Health System; current Trustee.
