I lead the Bankwest Business Banking book domiciled on the East Coast of Australia that is being transitioned to Commonwealth Bank. My role has two key objectives;1. Playing an integral role in the transition project from both a Bankwest and Commonwealth Bank prospective ensuring a complete and smooth transition; and2. Maintaining existing customer relationships during the transition phase to ensure customer retention strategies are delivered.I work closely with Bankwest and Commonwealth Bank Senior Executives, transitioning the Bankwest Business Banking Portfolio and managing the overall day to day operations of the East Coast book, including all the Risk & Compliance matters prior to and during transition. With a key focus delivering results within project constraints by resolving the varying issues as they occur over the term of the complex project.
