• Integration of Hardy & Greys Germany into the Pure Fishing organization including restructuring of the sales teams and territories in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Realignment of the market approach and strategic direction.
• Product development for the respective markets.

• General Management including P&L (profit and loss) and budget responsibility, hereunder the following primary responsibilities and results:
• Establish the Hardy & Greys brands on the Continental EuropeanMarkets after successfully establishment of the brands on the Germanspeaking markets.
• Close cooperation with the Hardy & Greys UK operation ensuringfast growth of the respective markets.

• Overall responsibility for all aspects of sales (including sales force and internal sales organization) as well as:
• Distribution including Export
• Marketing and product development
• Marketing budget responsibility
