In this role I manage the Leak Survey & Meter Services department at Washington Gas. The department consists of approximately 70 internal employees and about 40 contract personnel. We are responsible for the compliance leak surveys on 150 miles of transmission main, 14,000 miles of distribution main, and over 1 million services located in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. In this role, I implemented the electronic documentation of leak survey activities and developed and implemented the Company's inside leak survey program for approximately 300,000 meters. I am responsible for the accurate monthly meter reading of approximately 1.2 million meters across the service territory. The department is also responsible for the replacement of approximately 60,000 ERTs annually. I also participate in and am in the chair progression for AGA's Customer Field Service & Measurement committee.

In this role I managed the day-to-day operations of the Corrosion Control department at Washington Gas. The department consists of approximately 50 employees and is responsible for the cathodic protection of approximately 200 miles of transmission main, 4,400 miles of distribution main, and approximately 100,000 services in DC, MD & VA. I was responsible for the O&M and Capital budgets totaling ~$15M annually. While in this role I implemented the Company's AC interference coupon monitoring program as well as an enhanced inspection process for mains installed on bridges. I served as the Company's 192.453 representative before the DC PSC, MD PSC, VA SCC, & PHMSA for corrosion control matters. I also served on AGA's Corrosion Control committee and the Baltimore/Washington Corrosion Control Committee.
