I asked questions about the dog’s daily life, diet, sleep, etc. and was able to recommend a better food. She returned weeks later with her dog and thanked me because it worked! As my career has progressed, I remain energized problems come to me. Two skills lead the way:1) It is essential to build relationships with customers and actively listen to further understand their needs. I enjoy collaborative input and being able to bounce around ideas with them.2) I'm avid about learning and open to all avenues, whether it’s reading books and blogs, listening to podcasts, or taking online courses. These all help prepare me for the various problems and needs that are put in front of me and allow me to create the best solution and bring it to life. Finding a solution is not the end—I continually check in to ensure that it still meets customers’ needs or solves their problem.
