Outreach to the community of ex-offenders and educate them on the services available to them. Teach them how to get a job, resume, shelter, etc. This job was very fulfilling work for me but it was only temporary.

I started at Iron Mountain setting appointments over the phone for the Outside Sales Representatives in a specific area in North America. This position flourished into selling the products directly over the phone. In the Go To Market pilot program, I began to sell service lines for 10 dedicated Fortune 500 accounts. Iron Mountain had preferred vendor agreements with most of them and I would call all the companies locations in North America to get them to join their corporate contract. First year sales was over 300% of quota.
