- Head of Business Services. Scope coverage includes Property/Facilities Management, Physical Security, Business Continuity, Administration Service and Travel/Transport Desk for the ANZ Manila Service Centre. - Acts as Business Continuity Director for the Manila Service Centre.- Project Management for Real Estate/Group Property Works(Fitouts and Renovations) for both the Manila Service Centre and Philippine Branch.- Accountable for compliance to local regulations and Group Property Workplace Standards.

- Managed the day to day operations of the Centre. Including but not limited to Facilities Management, Physical Security, Housekeeping, Office Administration, Business Continuity, Records Management and Project Management.- Design and fitout of new 26,000 sq.m. Centre that is USGBC LEED Silver Certified (1st Interior Fitout in the Philippines to be USGBC Certified). Fitout was also acknowledged by DOLE-BWC for achieving 1M Manhours with Zero LTI.- Accountable to PEZA and Royal Dutch Shell regulatory compliance.- Accountable for space capacity and expansion planning for the Centre.

- Managed the day to day operations of the Centre. Including but not limited to Facilities Management, Physical Security, Housekeeping, and Project Management.- Developed and monitored implementation of HSSE(Health, Safety, Security, & Environment) Plans for the Centre.- Compliance to all local laws (e.g. PEZA, DOLE/BWC).- Crisis Management Team/Business Continuity Response Team Member- Member of the Safety Audit team for Shell Companies in the Philippines
