CurrentReporting to the Director of Photography, editing imagery for both print and digital platforms at a multi-million dollar global media brand, and collaborating across the industry to create visually stunning journalism.• Manage photo research for 20 print magazines annually across various editorial specialties from Charts to Business sections, ensuring engaging visual storytelling.• Fulfill daily photos requests for billboard.com stories and galleries reaching 25 million monthly visitors.• Collaborate across departments with editors, writers, designers and photographers to concept art, develop image-led content, and secure high-quality, impactful imagery.• Negotiate and contract usage rights, licenses, and permissions with large photo agencies, boutique creative houses and individual photographers and artists.• Coordinate conversion of print magazine content for digital platforms, focusing on optimizing visual content to drive traffic for social media.• Cultivate partnerships with industry leaders, brands, labels, and publicists to obtain exclusive digital assets.• Support industry events internally and externally, managing freelance photographers and providing coverage of awards and events including Grammys, MTV VMAs, CMAs, and Latin Music Week.• Manage original photography archives within digital asset management (DAM) systems to support in-house media brands and drive external licensing and rights.• Lead photo research and direction for the official Grammy Award program, collaborating with the Recording Academy from conception to publication to meet brand guidelines and print deadlines.• Manage photoshoots for high-level talent including Gracie Abrams, PinkPantheress and Young Miko.
