Michael Conroy graduated Colorado State University. Working for 10 years as a trained first responder and Vail Ski Patroller, and then four years as a successful Partner with two private equity funds. He has extensive experience in critical risk assessment. Michael currently owns and maintains an extensive real estate portfolio ranging from dispensary, cultivation, Commercial Office space, to retail to residential. Michael has also participated as a successful LP in hundreds of real estate deals across the US. Michael brings extensive closing and countless underwriting experiences to add to our team. Michael also brings a background of founding, developing, and operating over 12 dispensaries in two states. He brings a vast background in compliance, handling and use of approved licenses critical to the success of a compliant cannabis facility. Michael has operated an aggregated 150,000 square feet of compliant cultivation operations in two compliant jurisdictions and has consulted for numerous organizations on the flow, functionality, and compliance of cannabis licensed facilities. He has a flawless compliance record at all of the facilities he has owned. In Portland, Oregon and Denver, Colorado, the products coming out of his production facilities have been top-rated, in addition to his dispensaries. Michael also brings extensive management and leadership experience from overseeing 100+ employees. Michael has a wonderful ability to lead from within.
